- After Shipment: We cannot accept returns once the order has been dispatched. However, you may cancel the order during processing or before shipping.
Refunds:
- Eligibility: Once the order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns. However, you may cancel the item during the order processing stage or prior to shipping.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the cancellation. Upon approval, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us with proof of the damage (photos) to arrange the exchange.
